Tom Taylor, CPA is elected to the Board of Directors of One Less Car, an advocate for safe and effective transportation alternatives in Maryland. Through the organizations PACE Car Program driver's pledge to improve safety conditions so people feel more comfortable walking, cycling on driving on Maryland streets.
